The Parish of Winscombe and Sandford can offer several spaces for hire for your events or meetings. These include the two churches, Our Church Centre (St. James’s Church Hall) and two smaller meeting rooms, one at at each church. The most popular space is our Church Centre (St.James’s Church Hall.)
Church Centre (St James’ Church Hall) , 52 Woodborough Road, Winscombe, BS25 1BA
The Church Centre is located near the centre of Winscombe. It is extensively used with a flexible seating capacity of 120.
The main hall has recently been re-decorated and offers a bright, flexible space that is fully accessible.
The acoustics in the hall are very good making it an excellent venue for the performance of music.
The kitchen is also available for hire. There is no additional charge for using the kitchen to make tea and coffee.
The main hall is used regularly for badminton, pickle ball, yoga and chi balance classes, folk dance club, and also by the NHS for blood donor sessions.

Our prices are highly competitive within the local area and are as follows:-
Main Hall 8am to 6pm – from £10 per hour
Main Hall 6pm to midnight – from £11 per hour
Kitchen for serving drinks only – free
Kitchen for preparation and serving of cold food – £7.50 per let
Kitchen for preparation and serving of hot food – £35.00 per let
Use of projector – £20 per let
Use of stage – £20 per let
