The Parish of Winscombe and Sandford can offer several spaces for hire for your events or meetings. These include the two churches, Our Church Centre (St. James’s Church Hall) and two smaller meeting rooms, one at at each church. The Church Centreis located near the centre of Winscombe. It is extensively used with a flexible seating capacity of 120.
The kitchen is also available for hire. There is no additional charge for using the kitchen to make tea and coffee.
The main hall is used regularly for badminton, ballet, tap-dance, keep fit, folk dance club, whist club and also by the NHS for blood donor sessions.

These standard conditions apply to all hiring of the Church Hall.
These Special Conditions of Hire include provisions required to comply with the Premises Licence issued under the Licensing Act 2003 and apply to all events at which regulated entertainment or the sale of alcohol takes place.
Hirers must read and agree to the Parish Safeguarding Policy before booking using the online system.
