The PCCs from Churchill, Winscombe and Sandford recently met for the Section 11 meeting which is part of the formal process of finding our new Vicar.
The meeting approved:- The Benefice profile. The role description. The advertisement The representatives on the interview panel, who are: Tricia Avery, St John’s Church, Churchill Jo Claridge, St James’s Church, Winscombe Diana Williams, All Saints Church, Sandford
All the approved documents are now with Archdeacon Charlie Peer.
The advertisement will appear in the Church Times and on the Bath & Wells Diocesan website in mid-April with a closing date of mid-May.
Any candidates, who apply and are considered suitable, will be invited for interview in June.
As Bishop Michael said: “pray, pray and pray again…!”
